Losing weight is not difficult. The big issue is losing weight and keeping it off. In order to do that, we need to ditch the diet mentality that relies on short fixes and focus completely on lifestyle change which leads to total transformation—body, soul and spirit.

Step Two: Before and After

During the training you’ll hear about my transformation. Here’s the photo proof of that. On left is me at 430 pounds. On the right is me without 250 of those pounds. How much weight do you have to lose?

Step Three: Fitting Back into my Wedding Dress

Our wedding day in 1977 was a happy day, but it didn’t even hold a candle to the joy I felt in 2013 when I fit back into that same wedding dress! That white line between the two pictures represents years of struggle of losing more than 250 pounds. What is something you look forward to when you lose weight?

Step Four: Being There for Big Events

When a doctor told me I had five years to live if I didn’t lose weight and keep it off, my daughter was eight. That’s me and her around that time. I wanted to live to be present for all the big events in her life. That’s the grown up her and me at her wedding in 2015. Why do you want to live?

Step Five: Same Size Jean Shorts

Of course a kiss on the beach at sunset is awesome, but even more glorious is that my husband and I are wearing the exact same size shorts! That was something that I never dreamed would happen! What could happen that would blow you away when you lose weight?
