We’re all on a journey. The journey of food addiction never stops, but it does get easier. Food is no longer my main issue because I have learned to plan and put firm boundaries around what will help me through things like family dinners. I’ve learned to live, I must be proactive about what I put in my mouth. I have such faith you too can be set free from food addiction.
