Introduction

Sweet Freedom Principles are found in the principles section of the Sweet Freedom Study Guide. Please purchase a copy from Amazon HERE or a downloadable PDF from my website HERE .

I recommend you do this course prior to the Sweet Freedom course. Although Sweet Freedom Principles are only a part of the study guide, it helps tremendously to understand the tools prior to reading how I used and still use them on my journey. Most of that is in Sweet Freedom, which you can order HERE .

These videos explain a little more what the tools are, but also examples of how I use them. Then the Sweet Freedom course goes more into depth with those concepts.

IMPORTANT: The course lessons are designed to build on each other, so I always advise to complete each of the Objectives, then put a check beside each so you can keep track of which lessons you've completed.
