Lesson 11 – Changing Routines

We may not recognize it as such, but there is a lot of transferred fear when we embark on changing our routines or habits. This holds us back from losing weight. When we finally realize these fears are manufactured from our past experiences with diets, we can relax and follow God for our lifestyle change and the transformation of our lives!
