Stop eating your emotions

Introduction

Food will numb the pain for a short while, but emotions never go away when we overindulge. They just come back to haunt us again. Instead of running from our emotions, we have to learn how to deal with them in a healthy manageable way. This course is going to be a wild ride. Strap on your seatbelts and let’s look at this issue from a wholeness approach—Body, Soul and Spirit.

IMPORTANT: The course lessons are designed to build on each other, so I always advise to complete each of the Objectives, then put a check beside each so you can keep track of which lessons you've completed.
