Stop Dieting, Start Changing

Once I realized I was a sugar and comfort food addict, I wanted to give up sugar, but I didn’t know how to do it. My mentor introduced me to stop-start, which is the main tool I used and still use to change habits in my life. It’s not magic, but it sure seems to be. It helped me understand why I could be very gung-ho about stopping sugar for like a month and then go right back to it. I often find myself repeating this phrase to my clients. A stop without a start is just a diet. We will go back and start what we have stopped if we don’t put something else in its place.

Go through these seven videos in order to really understand this huge concept of change and how to implement it in your life. If there is one course you may want to repeat. This is it. Listen passively first and then actively. Choose at least one of the action steps with one of the videos to implement today.

IMPORTANT: The course lessons are designed to build on each other, so I always advise to complete each of the Objectives, then put a check beside each so you can keep track of which lessons you've completed. That said, feel free to tackle the lessons in any order you wish. If you have any questions at all, please let us know at [email protected].
