Loving ourselves is one of the biggest obstacles to losing weight. Some of us think we are loving ourselves when we eat anything and everything we want. But at the same time, we are slowly killing ourselves. So in actuality, we are not loving ourselves and taking care of our health when we continue to harm ourselves with food.
Understanding that God is sad at what we are doing to ourselves and that in reality if we are not taking care of ourselves, our Creator, we aren’t loving God.
Going through this course in order while open your eyes to how we must change our relationship with ourselves in order to deepen our relationship with God.
I prefer you listen to these videos actively and in order. Loving ourselves is a huge key. Please listen and do the action steps because here’s the deal, if you have an issue with overeating you probably have a very low self esteem. One of the first steps is to get our relationship with ourselves and with God first.
