What stops you from going forward on your journey? You’ve made this monumental decision to lay down your reliance on food. You’re starting to change your habits, eat healthy, exercise, drink water, work appropriate hours, rest and relax. Then, bam, you hit an obstacle.  We’ll talk about some of these obstacles and how to go over, around, under or through them in this course. 

For Stage 1 and 2, it’s excellent to understand that you still will face setbacks and know what to do.

For Stages 3-5, put these ideas into place in order to keep going and never stop.

IMPORTANT: The course lessons are designed to build on each other, so I always advise to complete each of the Objectives, then put a check beside each so you can keep track of which lessons you've completed.
