Introduction

So you want to get healthy? You think you are ready to go and all geared up to do this thing and then, something happens and you fail miserably. All of sudden it feels like your mind has been derailed. It’s not on board with the program at all. But now it’s leading you in a different way and you feel like you can’t fight what it’s telling you.

The truth is, you can take charge of your thoughts by renewing your mind and intentionally focusing on what your deepest desires are instead of the temptations of the moment. We can distinguish between a lie and the truth. We don’t have to give in. We can live in the truth. We can be committed to being healthy—body, soul and spirit.
