Introduction
How many times have you been on a diet, then gone on maintenance only to see it as a free license to eat whatever you want? Learn an entirely different way of looking at weight loss from God’s perspective. It’s not about a diet or a maintenance plan, it’s about a lifestyle change headed towards your total transformation.
This course will help you begin again into a new way of living. We will declare as Paul did in 2 Corinthians 5:17, the old is gone, the new has come. These videos will help you understand why you’ve been unsuccessful in the diet, maintenance, regain syndrome. They will also help you understand why God wants us to understand that lifestyle change is His way of leading us out of our addictive cycles in His TOTAL freedom.
To understand the concepts best, go in order with these videos. New videos will be added as we study this course. As always ask questions or share insights in the group. Be sure to download the study guides with action steps and keep in a notebook for you to refer back to as needed.
IMPORTANT: The course lessons are designed to build on each other, so I always advise to complete each of the Objectives, then put a check beside each so you can keep track of which lessons you've completed.
