Lesson 7 – Forever Lifestyle Eating Plan

In this lesson, you will begin to develop your Forever Lifestyle Eating Plan. The plan you begin to develop now may not be the way you eat right away. You will need to take it gradually and incorporate your stop-starts to make this a progressive change.

For instance, I didn’t stop eating sugar all at once. I did it through stop-starts, which is why that lesson is before this one. Don’t be hard on yourself if you don’t do it perfectly. We are learning as we go. We are learning more about ourselves and how much change we can handle all at once. But first, we need to understand what our goal is.
