From the age of 11 on, fear followed me for a large majority of my life. I hated living in fear. I wanted to be done with it, but there seemed no way around, though, under or over it. I had to face it face on with God’s help. This lesson includes more action steps because I really believe this stronghold is one that holds many of us captive for longer than we want because we try to self-protect. This never works. It just embeds fear into us in a deeper way.
